The Krav Maga Essentials Course is ideal if you:

  • Aren’t ready for regular weekly training yet
  • Want to build confidence before joining ongoing classes

  • This is a fixed 6-week programme with 12x1hr instructor sessions, designed for complete beginners.
  • There areYou’ll learn core Krav Maga techniques, improve fitness, and leave with practical skills you can use immediately
  • At the end of the course but you have the option to continue with the L1 Diploma Program if you choose to.

Option 2: Regular Classes & Diploma Pathway

Best if you’re looking for regular training and long-term progression

The Krav Maga Diploma Program is ideal if you:

  • Want to train regularly and build comprehensive self defence skills over time
  • Improve confidence, fitness, and resilience
  • Follow a structured, internationally recognised curriculum and work toward formal KMG diploma grading

  • Book a 1hr trial class using the calendar below
  • Train with the group and experience the class environment
  • At the end of the class we'll review your experience and if it’s the right fit, enrol in the L1 Diploma Program. If not you can consider the 6-week essentials course as your best starting option.

No experience is needed at all. Our Krav Maga classes on Auckland’s North Shore are beginner-friendly and designed for everyday people. You’ll be guided step by step by certified instructors, regardless of your fitness level or background.

What’s the difference between the 6-Week Essentials Course and regular classes?

The 6-Week Krav Maga Essentials Course is a short, structured program with a clear start and finish — ideal if you want to learn practical self-defence without a long-term commitment.

Our regular classes are part of the Level 1 (L1) Diploma Program, designed for ongoing training, skill development, and progression within the Krav Maga Global curriculum.

If I want regular classes, how do I get started?

If you’re interested in ongoing Krav Maga classes, the first step is to book a trial class. After attending the trial and experiencing the class environment, you can enrol in the L1 Diploma Program to continue training regularly.

Is the 6-Week Essentials Course suitable if I’m nervous or unsure?

Yes — the Essentials Course is specifically designed for people who may feel unsure, nervous, or not ready for regular classes yet. It provides a supportive, structured introduction to Krav Maga and helps build confidence before moving on (if you choose to).
