Each course runs for 6 weeks, with 12 sessions in total — you’ll kick-off with an intro session then choose 2 sessions per week that suit your schedule, making 12-sessions in total.

Do I need fitness or experience?

  • No — you’ll learn at your own pace.

What if I miss a class?

  • The course is designed so you come to 2-classes per week (out of 3 available). You can make up missed sessions by coming to 3 in a following week (within the 6-week course window). We’ll help you catch up so you still complete the training.


What's the Difference Between the Essentials Course and the L1 Diploma?

  • The L1 Diploma is our regular class for people who want ongoing training and want to progress through the Krav Maga Levels to gain a comprehensive self defence skills.


What can I do after the Krav Maga Essentials course?

  • We hope you are inspired to come to our regular classes and join our level 1 diploma program. We'll discuss this option before the end of the course if you are interested in further training.
