The program

What's included in your first month?

When you join as a Core Member, your first month includes the 4-week Essentials onboarding program alongside your regular training. It's not a separate course — it runs in the background while you train.

Each week you'll receive a short set of videos and articles that explain the fundamentals — what you're learning in class, why it's structured the way it is, and what to focus on between sessions.

  • Unlimited classes — three Core sessions a week: Saturday morning, Monday and Wednesday evenings
  • 4-week onboarding program — weekly videos and articles delivered to your inbox, covering the KMG curriculum foundations
  • KMG curriculum access — structured progression through the internationally recognised Krav Maga Global system
  • Instructor support — Instructor Aaron and Brad are there to answer questions and guide your progress in every session

Core Membership is $150/month — no contract, cancel any time.

How does it work?

1

Come to your first class

Pick a Core class time that works for you and book online. All three sessions are open to beginners — Saturday 8–9am, Monday or Wednesday 6:30–7:30pm. Instructor Aaron or Brad will brief you before the session starts and introduce you to the group.

2

Join and get instant access to Essentials

Sign up for Core Membership ($150/month) and your Essentials onboarding starts immediately. Week one content lands in your inbox — context for what you covered in your first session and what to focus on next.

3

Train and learn in parallel

Over four weeks, weekly onboarding content builds alongside your live training. The videos and articles aren't abstract — they directly reinforce the techniques and concepts you're working on in class.

4

Continue as a regular member

After your first month, you continue training as part of the regular group — with the foundations in place to keep developing. Most members train two to three times per week and progress through the KMG curriculum from there.

What does the Essentials program cover?

The four-week program follows the KMG curriculum foundations — the same material covered in your first Core classes, explained in depth so you understand not just what to do but why it works.

Stance and movement

How to position yourself and move under pressure. The foundation everything else builds on.

Striking fundamentals

Punches, elbows, and palm strikes — how to generate real force and use it effectively.

Defending common attacks

Wrist grabs, chokes, bear hugs — the situations people actually find themselves in.

Situational awareness

Recognising risk before it escalates. Often more important than any physical technique.

Releasing under pressure

Breaking free from holds and creating space — effective regardless of size or strength.

Responding under pressure

Training your response when adrenaline hits — so you react with purpose, not panic.
