Visiting us is simple. Birkenhead Ave is at the top of Onewa Road. There is free parking at Highbury Mall opposite.
Cross the road and we are down the stairs to the right of the Superette.

What If I'm not fit?
Fitness is developed, not required. Move at your own pace. Many of our members start from zero fitness and work on their strength and health over time. Starting is the key; we help you build your physical foundation from where you are today.

Safety is our number one priority. In beginner classes, we focus heavily on controlled drills, technique and defensive skills. There is no sparing and striking is to pads. Out pre-course prep videos show you and other participants how to train safely.
Do I Need Special Gear?
No you just need to come and train in regular gym gear: tee-shirt (no bare shoulders), shorts / track-pants or active wear, clean gym shoes, drink bottle.
What Happens After the Intro?
You have the option (no obligation) to continue with the 4-week training program. This allows you to come to up-to 3-beginners classes per week and is supported with weekly online video program.
Do I have to come to all of the sessions? / what happens if I miss a session?
It's not necessary to come to all of the sessions. We recommend 2 classes per week (with Sat 9-10am being a strong option), but you also have the video resources to learn at home.
