Things People Often Ask Before They Start.

No. Beginners are welcome, and you do not need prior martial arts or self-defence experience to get started.
No. You build up over time. People start at different levels, and the training becomes more comfortable as you settle in.
For regular classes, get in touch first if you are unsure where to begin. For specific intro offers or scheduled intakes, use the relevant registration form when available.
Comfortable training clothes and water are enough to start with.
