KRAV MAGA NORTH SHORE CLASS TIMETABLE

Acquire exceptional self-defense skills while improving your physical fitness by joining weekly Krav Maga classes at our North Shore club.

Our regular classes cater to both adults and teenagers aged 15 and above. Whether you are new to Krav Maga or have some experience, our classes are designed to accommodate all skill levels, making them suitable for beginners and those with previous martial arts training.

Krav Maga Class Types

Krav Maga Core (P1-P2):

  • General classes covering Krav Maga techniques from our practitioner curriculum (levels 1-2).
  • Classes both involve warmups and drills as a whole class as well as specific drills with partners and small groups.
  • Suitable for beginners and members of all levels

Krav Maga intermediate (P3-P5):

  • General classes covering Krav Maga techniques from our practitioner curriculum (levels 3-5).
  • Suitable for members who have passed P2 or higher

Krav Maga Advanced (G1-5):

  • Advanced class covering Krav Maga techniques from our graduate curriculum (1-5).
  • Suitable for advanced members who have passed P5 or higher

Krav Maga Class Components

Krav Maga Combatives:

  • Learn to strike with powerful combinations and to defend strikes
  • Defend agains striking combinations
  • Taught in all levels of the curriculum.

Krav Maga Weapons Defences:

  • Specialist training on weapons defences including knife stick, pistol, long gun and improvised weapons.
  • Members also learn to use common objects for self defence, and some competitive drills such as knife vs knife, and stick vs stick.
  • Knife defences are taught from the first level of the curriculum, and defences agains other types of weapon threats and attacks are added from level 2.

Krav Maga Ground Defences:

  • Specialist training on preventing getting hurt when falling and how to defend on the ground against attackers that are standing or on top of you.
  • Introduced from the first level of the curriculum and more techniques added from level 2.
