Fighting skills are the skills to defend strikes and to counter attack with powerful striking combinations. These underpin Krav Maga and our regular class training.
Our strikes are aimed at vulnerable points on the attacker. Therefore for safety reasons we use a variety of training equipment including Thai Pads, Kick Shields, Focus Mitts and Body Shields for practicing hard striking. This allows us to develop speed, power and precision in our striking techniques.
