What Krav Maga Self Defence Techniques You'll Learn

Learn the Basics of Striking and Defence

Master simple, high-percentage movements you can use immediately. You’ll learn safe body mechanics and how to protect yourself while striking.

  • Palms, elbows, knees, and low kicks (no fragile fists)
  • Blocks, and burst-in counters
  • Targeting for maximum effect, minimum effort
  • Stance, guard, and distance so you’re hard to hit

Escape Common Holds/Grabs

Get out fast, stay upright, and create space to exit. We focus on the most likely grabs—not movie scenarios.

  • Wrist and two-hand grabs
  • Bear hugs (front/back), headlocks, hair grabs
  • Choke defences with immediate counter-attacks
  • Break contact and move to safety

Be Confident Under Pressure

Build calm, controlled reactions when adrenaline spikes. We scale intensity to your level so you grow without feeling overwhelmed.

  • Step-by-step progressions from pad work to light scenarios
  • Stress-inoculation drills with clear safety rules
  • Timing, decision-making, and verbal boundary setting
  • Reps that turn skills into reflexes
