Krav Maga for Women

Our training includes this sort of training, but also includes dynamic games, partner and group drills combined with unique Krav Maga self defence techniques.  These teach you how to protect yourself in real situations, and the traning is a lot of fun.

Women's Spring bootcamp

New women's only classes.  6-weeks starting Tues 3th October.


The​ classes will have a high fitness focus but you will also learn valuable self defence techniques. 


The classes are taught by our high ranked and ​well regarded female instructor ​Pavlina (pictured) who will make you sweat and get you in shape for summer!​

​$120 for all 6-sessions and you can also come the the regular classes also.
