Classes are structured to give you a warm up followed by strength, and mobility exercises followed by the drills and combat training.
Classes incorporate striking drills on mitts and pads. Not only does this give fantastic cardio benefit but is also guaranteed to make any stress disappear and recharge you for life.
The dynamic nature of the teaching means you'll work hard but you'll you may be so focused on the lesson you don't realise hard how you've it until you finish!
High Intensity Fat Burning
This type of training is akin to increasingly popular High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) (but much more fun). Like HIIT your raised metabolism will see your body continue to burn fat well after the lesson is finished.
You don't have to be fit to start Krav Maga - that's one of the benefits of training! You'll start off at a pace that suits your current fitness level and quickly build up.
